How to send mail from shared mailbox (Outlook Desktop App)

This article is intended to show how to send mail from share mailbox in Outlook Mail Client 

 

 

  1. Open the Outlook Desktop App 

    

  1. Notice the inbox for the shared mailbox at the bottom of the left toolbar. This is where you can check for mail. To compose a new message, click the New Mail icon.  

 

  1. Click the Options Tab and enable the “From” button. 

  1.  Click the “From” dropdown button to switch to the shared mailbox account. If you fail to do this each time you compose new mail, then the email will be sent by default from your individual highlighttech account.  

  1. You’re ready to send mail!
