Notice:
OneDrive – Can be accessed via a browser or the desktop app, this document refers to the desktop app. Used for personal file storage but can also be used to sync SharePoint files to your desktop.

Ensure you are logged into OneDrive on your desktop

You should already have documents in your OneDrive folder if you are logged in

Open SharePoint in an internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Navigate to the SharePoint folder you would like to sync with OneDrive

Please only Sync the folders that you really need access to frequently, not an entire library

Click the “Sync” button in the top bar

This will prompt to open OneDrive to begin Sync, click “Open”

Give the program some time to complete the sync

The files from the SharePoint folder will now be available in your OneDrive folder on your desktop
