Deltek Costpoint App Set Up Guide

Notice: Deltek has released a new mobile app for iPhone and Android. Now, you can fill out, sign, and submit your timesheet on your mobile device. Here’s how to get started:

Downloading the Correct Application 

In the Google Play or Apple App Store, download Costpoint Time and Expense. Below are the store icons.

Logging In 

1) Server URL: Once the application has been downloaded, open the app. To proceed to the login page you will first have to enter the Server URL.

  • In the server URL field, enter:
  • https://highlighttech-cp.costpointfoundations.com/DeltekTouch/Costpoint/TE/
  • *Please ensure there are no spelling errors and all dashes, periods, and forward slashes are in the correct location. 

 

2) SAML/3rd Party: On the next screen, tap SAML/3rd Party Authentication to turn it on. This will remove the “password” box.

 

 

3) Username: Your username is your Highlight Office365 email username (first initial and last name). For example, if your Highlight email is “[email protected]”, your username is “jdoe.”

 

4) System: For “system”, type HIGHLIGHTTECH (in all caps). Then, tap “log in” in the upper right corner.

 

 

 

5) You will asked to log into your Outlook account. Log in.

 

 

6) You will be asked to accept the Terms and Use of Services. Tap “I accept these terms”.

 

 

You may be required to make selections for the following steps: 

 

7) . Next, you can choose if you want your usage statistics collected. The app will work with this on or off.

 

 

8) 7. You can choose to login with a custom PIN or biometrics (face for newer phones, fingerprint for older phones). You can only choose one. The next time you log in, you will log in with the method you choose. You have now completed setting up your account.
