SBA - Highlight Email and Office 365 Issues

We have been experiencing a large influx of questions from new SBA staff related to gaining access to Highlight accounts and resources and have put together this guide to address some of the common questions we have been receiving.

 

Highlight Email and Office 365:

1. Invitations to your Highlight email account were sent to the personal email address you provided when you accepted your job offer.

2. The licensing on your account only allows you to access Office 365 from the following locations:

   a. Email through the official Outlook for Mobile application from Microsoft. You will not be able to add your account to any other mail application.

   b. The Office 365 portal at https://portal.office.com. This includes Email, Office apps, and Sharepoint.

   c. Sharepoint on mobile is only accessible through a web browser. NOT through the Sharepoint app.

3. Please note that you cannot access your Highlight account or any O365 resources from an SBA provided laptop.
