This guide explains how to adjust monitors that are connected to docks

PROCESS

1) Click on the ‘Start’ button > Start typing and open ‘Settings’ > Click ‘System’> Click ‘Display’

2) Under the ‘Select and rearrange displays’ section, drag and drop each display to rearrange them according to their physical layout on your desktop > Click ‘Apply’

  • Note: If you are not sure which monitor you are selecting, click the ‘Identify’ to see the order of the monitors. If one of the monitors is not showing up, make sure it is connected correctly, and click the ‘Detect’ button.

3)  Select ‘Extend desktop to this display’ from the ‘Multiple Displays’ drop-down menu.

4) Ensure that after extending displays that monitors are connected in the correct order. This can be done by dragging the mouse across the screens in a continuous fashion. If not ordered properly, in the “select and rearrange displays” box, click and drag the screens into the correct order and click accept.
